What every project page promises
The price is the developer's own.
The price you see is the launch price, exactly as the developer set it. We do not round it to look nicer. Unit sizes, land title and completion date, where we show them, come from the developer's own papers too. Not from ads, not from other websites.
Every developer figure is checked twice.
Every developer figure on a page is checked a second time before the page goes online. If the two checks do not agree, that figure stays off the page. We would rather show you a blank than a wrong number.
The downside is on the page.
Every project page has a "Why NOT Buy" part. It names the weak points of that project, such as a long walk to the nearest train station. We write it for the projects we like too. It is better to know the bad news before you visit.
The developer does not edit it.
No developer reads, edits or approves a page before it goes online. No developer pays to be listed, and none can pay to have a weak point removed. What you read is what we found.
What we are not
Not a developer. We do not build any project on this site.
Not a developer's website. Project names and logos belong to the developers. We use them only to say which project we mean.
Not a bot. When you message us, a person on our team reads it and replies.
What happens when you message
One WhatsApp message is enough. A person on our team sends you the full price list and floor plans for the project you asked about, and books a showroom visit if you want one. We tell you the downsides before you go. Your number stays with our team. We pass it to a developer only when you decide to book a unit.
