Kwasa Damansara is a township still taking shape around two MRT stations. The trains are already running. Much of the town around them is still being built.

The rail is here. The Kajang Line has served Kwasa Sentral since 2016, and Kwasa Damansara station is the starting point of both the Kajang and Putrajaya lines. The projects on this page sit within walking distance of a station.
The town centre is not here yet. Kwasa Damansara City Centre (KDCC), with a planned mall and the EPF headquarters, is still under construction. Buy for what exists today, and treat the rest as a bonus if it arrives on time.
Two kinds of product sit side by side. D’Evia Residences and D’Nuri Residences are serviced apartments on commercial land, on leasehold. RIA Sunsuria is on residential land, on freehold, with condominium units and linked terraces. The title changes your monthly bills and how a bank looks at the unit, so read that line before the floor plan.
Entry prices are far apart. The cheapest entry here and the dearest differ by several hundred thousand ringgit, partly because the unit types differ. Compare price per square foot to see which is really better value.

Two. The Kajang Line runs through Kwasa Sentral station, which has a park-and-ride for drivers. Kwasa Damansara station is where both the Kajang Line and the Putrajaya Line begin, so either line is a no-change ride from there.
Not yet. Kwasa Damansara City Centre (KDCC) is planned as a mall of up to 1 million sq ft, next to the EPF (KWSP) headquarters, and it is still being built. Count it as a future benefit, not somewhere you can shop today.
Close. The projects on this page sit about 600m to 800m from a station. Each project page gives its own distance.
It varies by project. The tenure count at the top of this page stays up to date, and each project page shows its own tenure line.
