Disclaimer
Short version
This is not a developer's website. Every price and size here is what we saw when we last checked. It is not a promise, so confirm it before you pay anything. The calculators give rough figures, not advice.
What this site is
MyNewLaunch is an independent property guide. Everything here is general information to help you compare projects. It is not a document to rely on.
Not the official developer website
We are not the official website of any developer. Project names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to say which project we mean.
What the numbers mean
Prices, unit sizes, floor plans, specifications (what the unit is built and fitted with) and what is still for sale are a guide, not a promise. They come from developers and public sources, and they can change at any time, without warning. Before you decide, check the latest details with us or with the developer.
Prices
The price shown is the developer's starting price on the day we last checked. We do not advertise discounts or other buying deals. Confirm today's price before you commit.
Renderings and images
Renderings and show-unit photos are artist's drawings or dressed-up displays. The finished building may look different. Furniture, appliances and finishes in the pictures may not be included, or may be another brand. Some units are handed over bare.
Not professional advice
Monthly instalment, stamp duty and rental yield (yearly rent as a share of the price) figures are rough examples. They are not financial, legal or investment advice. Talk to your own bank, lawyer or adviser before you commit.
The legal limits
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, MyNewLaunch is not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on this website. Check the facts with the developer before you act on them.
No offer or contract
Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a push to buy. Your purchase is governed only by the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) you sign with the developer.
WhatsApp and Google Maps
The WhatsApp buttons and the Google Map on this site belong to other companies. They run under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
