Royal Lexis fits a buyer who wants a private pool in every unit and a short walk to Dang Wangi LRT station. Skip it if you need your own car park, since every bay here belongs to hotel guests.
Why Buy Here
- Dang Wangi LRT station is approximately 200 metres from the tower: an approximately 300m covered walk links it to Bukit Nanas Monorail station.
- Every unit comes with a private pool, from Level 11 up: no other resident shares it, even the smallest, approximately 573 sqft Type A.
- Half the units face west to Merdeka 118 and KL Tower: the other half face east toward the Petronas Twin Towers.
Why NOT Buy
- No car park comes with any unit here: anyone who drives has to arrange parking outside the building.
