EXSIM Group develops Causewayz Square, split across three towers now open for sale. Axis rises 62 storeys with 908 units, Brixton and Dover both rise 60 storeys, with 1,257 and 1,527 units. A fourth tower, Coven, is held for a future phase on the same land.

The developer expects vacant possession in the second quarter of 2030, with nothing more specific released so far.
How much is the maintenance fee?
RM0.36 per square foot a month, and that already covers the sinking fund, the shared account a building draws on for future repairs. For the smallest home, the approximately 366 sqft Axis studio, that comes to about RM132 a month.
How many car park bays come with a unit?

About the Developer
