Enlace Suites 1 suits a buyer who wants a serviced suite in Pantai Sentral Park, with a pool, gym and family lounge inside the building. Skip it if you need a locked-in maintenance fee, a guaranteed extra car park bay, or a firm price above the entry studio.
Why Buy Here
- Entry here works out to about RM1,147 psf: similar new serviced residences in Bangsar South ask around RM1,100 to RM1,400 psf.
- An approximately 50m lap pool and a gym sit on the Level 8 podium: Level 45 adds Sky Villas and a Family Lounge higher up.
