Honest Review

The Verdict: Pros and Trade-offs

✦ Our Verdict

Lunar Seputeh fits a family that wants a 3-bedroom home from RM845,800, in a township that has an international school. Skip it if you want an open view from the entry-price unit, because Type A faces a neighbouring tower.

Why Buy Here

  • Mid Valley City is within 700m in a straight line: Mid Valley Megamall, anchored by AEON, is approximately 2.5km by road.
  • The OKR-NPE Link Bridge cuts the Bangsar to Old Klang Road trip to approximately 2km: the project has direct access to the bridge.
  • The approximately 1km Promenade Boulevard runs from the project to VIVO: the linear park has a jogging track and a playground.

Why NOT Buy

  • A 132kV pylon stands approximately 25m from the site boundary: the tower is at least 45m away, which matters to buyers who avoid power lines.
  • The cheapest units, Type A, face a neighbouring tower: it stands at least 30m away, and the view from these 1+1 units is blocked.
