Stellaris suits a buyer who wants a freehold home in Segambut close to a Komuter station, from RM519,000. It also suits an investor who wants a dual-key layout. Skip it if you would rather live in a small block with few neighbours on each floor.
Why Buy Here
- Segambut Komuter station is approximately 200m away: a covered walkway links it to the project, and KL Sentral is 4 stops along the line.
- Type D and Type E are dual-key 2+1 and 3+1 layouts: the studio has its own door, so one part can be rented out.
- Every unit comes with 2 car park bays: the bays are in a 6-storey car park with a speed ramp.
Why NOT Buy
- Tower B has 22 units on every floor: with 1,143 homes in two towers, the lifts and facilities are shared with many neighbours.
- Only the Garden units have a water tap on the balcony or terrace: in other units, watering plants outside means carrying water from indoors.
