Tower B fits a buyer who wants a Bangsar home within walking distance of an LRT station, with a 3-bedroom from RM978,750. Skip it if you want a 1-bedroom, since so few exist here, or if building work on the blocks still to come would bother you.
Why Buy Here
- Bangsar LRT is approximately 400m away on foot: the station is raised above Jalan Bangsar, which is also an access road to the tower.
- Type 3A, a 3+1-bedroom, starts at RM793 psf: similar new projects in Bangsar list around RM1,200 to RM1,600 psf.
- The Level 6 podium has the pool, sauna and gym: a kids’ pool, water play area and playground are on Level 6L too.
