D'Terra fits a family that will not go below three bedrooms, since all 767 homes start there. Skip it if you are buying for one or two people, or if you need a balcony on every layout. Fitting out a bare home yourself is real work too.
Why Buy Here
- 96 homes, Types B5 and B6, have ramps at the foyer and bathroom: these step-free homes suit buyers living with elderly parents.
